Building and Construction Services

This division provides a range of bespoke services, dealing with structural and quantum aspects of construction, structural and property claims.

The division is staffed by in-house Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Loss Adjusters and designated staff are selected on the basis of their qualifications, knowledge and experience in relation to building claims and the construction industry.

The range of specialist claims handled includes:-

• fire, water damage, storm and flood damage to structures
• accidental and unexplained collapse
• contractors all risks
• subsidence
• structural investigation
• quantification and quantity surveying aspects
• property owner claims

The Building and Construction Services division provides valuable support to other divisions in Woodgate & Clark, particularly major and complex loss and commercial claims divisions, and also undertakes investigation on behalf of individual clients.
