Commercial Claim's Management

This division provides a cost effective desktop solution, dealing with commercial claims where a site inspection is not required. The division provides an outsource solution to Insurers, Underwriters and Brokers who require a cost effective solution in respect of lower value, low complexity claims. Supported by dedicated claim's management personnel the division offers a range of delegated authority and bespoke fund holding arrangements to meet the precise requirements of the particular client.

Woodgate & Clark has extensive experience of providing a wide range of desktop solutions for clients commercial claims management requirements.

The division, which is staffed by experienced claims technicians, provides a range of services tailored to individual clients needs.

The services provided range from FNOL claims registration and validation activity through to preparation of bordereaux and payment of claims and fund management.

All aspects of claim administration can be handled by us and we have a track record or providing these services in respect of all manner of schemes on behalf of insurers/underwriters and brokers, with particular expertise in the field of MGAs.

Bordereau reconciliations, co-insurers collections and recoveries are all part of the service that we currently provide to our clients.
