Business interruption

Continuously improving the management of indemnity costs, whilst achieving sustainable leading customer outcomes.

We invest in our in-house BI loss adjusting skills through training and development, along with investment in supporting technology. A particular area of focus is the identification of major loss mitigation strategies and making full use of the BI policy cover to reduce total outlays.

We will always involve collaborative working with partners where necessary, including damage mitigation and restoration suppliers, and to further promote our attention to identifying optimum economic claim outcomes, in addition to prioritising supporting customers at their time of greatest need.
