Woodgate & Clark Unveils One-Stop-Shop of Loss Adjusting Expertise and Focuses on Sustainable Claims Solutions at its First BIBA Conference - find us at stand F36!

Posted on 09 May 2024

Woodgate & Clark, the specialist loss adjuster, will attend the BIBA Conference as an exhibitor for the first time in 2024 to demonstrate how the business has grown to become a true one-stop shop of loss adjusting services for non-standard claims.  This follows the full integration of Quadra Claims in 2023, and includes the building repair network Quadrassist and Spotlite Claims, the specialist loss adjuster for the entertainment industry. Furthermore, Woodgate & Clark will use the event to boost awareness of more sustainable claims processes as the market as a whole continues to examine and take action to reduce carbon emissions.

Recent initiatives include the launch of The Quadrassist Desktop Adjuster service to help insurers reduce emissions, cut costs, expedite the claims process and improve efficiencies. This can currently handle low value property claims for insurance providers up to £10k in value, with a plan to extend the service into larger value claims in the future.

Unlike some other repair networks, Quadrassist is operated by a team of highly experienced building and construction professionals with insurance claims expertise. Having this intimate understanding of building techniques and the associated material costs means an accurate estimate and schedule for work can be produced to validate settlement. Crucially, this is without needing to visit the property.

Woodgate & Clark will also share its latest intelligence on sustainable building repair materials and techniques with visitors to the stand.

James Eveling, Managing Director, Woodgate & Clark said: “We are delighted to be at the BIBA Conference as an exhibitor for the first time. It is the perfect platform to convey our focus on technical excellence and collaborating to achieve the most economic and sustainable claims outcomes. It’s also a great opportunity to talk about our ethos of doing the right thing in every aspect of our services – from how we nurture talent and provide rewarding career pathways, to how we promote more responsible, low carbon repair methods.

“Following an exciting few years of business acquisitions, we are now a fully integrated business offering a one-stop-shop of loss adjusting services across commercial, real estate, specialist, HNW property claims, TPA/DCA, as well as TV, film and contingency for the global entertainment sector. We are also here to promote our specialist marine and renewables expertise through our sister business Van Ameyde McAuslands, as well as our fleet and recoveries propositions through Van Ameyde UK.

"We look forward to welcoming visitors to our stand.”
