The available services range from FNOL claims registration and validation activity, to the preparation of bordereau and payment of claims and fund management, co-insurers collections and recoveries.

Samantha Trotter, Head of TPA

Samantha joined the Woodgate & Clark senior operational management team as Head of TPA in April 2025. With more than 25 years of experience in a TPA environment, Sam has an in-depth knowledge of liability, property and motor claims handling, most recently leading a substantial corporate motor TPA offering as a Senior Operations Manager, using her significant experience in building teams and processes designed to deliver a customer experience focused claims journey.

Sam has a passion for people and plays an integral role in our strategy for growth and our ambition to grow a cohesive, multiskilled TPA.
