Following 9 years with a general insurer working in the Home Counties and the City, David entered the loss adjusting profession in 1987, joining Woodgate & Clark in 2002. In his current role David has responsibility for delivering our clients’ needs and ensuring excellence of service and is also responsible for complaint handling.

Graeme is a highly experienced major loss adjuster having handled a number of high profile material damage, business interruption and third party property claims. He has worked across a wide range of industries and his attention to detail and ability to solve complex issues is often called upon by clients. Graeme also has considerable Executive management expertise over many years in the Loss Adjusting profession. Graeme is a Main Board Director.
Kay is an experienced qualified accountant who has worked within the London Market Insurance industry for almost 30 years across varying financial roles. Following more than 15 years at Brit Insurance she joined Woodgate & Clark in 2019 as Financial Controller, where her role is integral to the financial governance of the organisation.
Lyndsey joined Woodgate & Clark in 2019 from a food manufacturing and distribution background having spent 20 years with a large multi national company on a number of progressive HR roles in the UK and Belgium. She is a CIPD qualified HR practitioner with a generalist HR background and a passion for employee engagement and development.
She brings expertise across all areas of strategic and operational HR including recruitment, learning & development, succession planning, compensation, benefits and payroll.
Mike has been in loss adjusting since 1987 and has held a number of senior management roles. He has particular experience of the Real Estate market and is a member and past chairman of the Property Investors Committee of the Insurance Institute of London. Mike is responsible for Account Management at Woodgate and Clark.
Nic has worked in the insurance industry since 1992 working for Royal and Sun Alliance for over 10 years and Allianz for nearly 5 years where she managed the rapidly expanding Small Business team in Maidstone, ultimately having 75 direct reports. Nic joined Woodgate & Clark in 2010 and with over 20 years management experience is responsible for operational support as well as risk and compliance.
Nick commenced his adjusting career in 1979 and has undertaken a wide range of technical and relationship management duties as well as major property and business interruption losses throughout the UK. Nick is Director of Major Loss and is one of the most respected adjusters in this field throughout the profession having a relationship with Woodgate and Clark that spans over 15 years.
Phil has spent more than 20 years in various claims handling and claims leadership roles in the UK Commercial and Global Risks sectors and has also been involved in sales and distribution. Phil joined Woodgate and Clark in 2015 and is a Main Board Director.
Upon joining Woodgate & Clark in 2005 Russell brought over 20 years’ experience of dealing with claims throughout the South West of England. He has dealt with major losses within the hotel, tourism, leisure, automotive and precision engineering sectors. He has a keen interest in historic buildings and has extensive knowledge of major losses within listed buildings including National Trust properties and estates.
Like many sectors, the impact of the pandemic on loss adjusting has been unprecedented.
